ECOLE was  involved in the implementation of F.A.I.R. Project, aimed to promote the Apprenticeship instrument, especially among the SMEs which in general do not know it and not use it. The acronym F.A.I.R. means “Fostering Apprenticeship sharing Ideas and Resources” and the project intents to change mind-sets of SMEs towards apprenticeships, through the activation of contributions from a broad partnership bringing together companies and key stakeholders from the employment and education sectors. Social partners, business associations, public authorities will cooperate sharing ideas and resources in order to increase the number of companies providing placements, particularly involving those with no previous experience of apprenticeships and focusing on the first and third levels (dual approach). This project is funded by European Programme Erasmus+.
