class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p><strong>ECOLE E-volution<\/strong> is an Erasmus+ mobility project designed to strengthen ECOLE\u2019s capacity to respond to the digital and organisational challenges currently affecting adult education and the labour market.<\/p>\n<p>Through international mobility experiences, ECOLE aims to enhance the digital, methodological and managerial skills of its staff, improving both the quality of training services offered and internal organisational processes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Project Objectives<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The project pursues three main objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to <strong>improve training design and educational methodologies<\/strong> through the use of digital tools and AI;<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>increase the efficiency of internal management processes<\/strong>, adopting innovative digital solutions;<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>strengthen ECOLE\u2019s European dimension<\/strong>, expanding its international network and experience in Erasmus+ mobility projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Activities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The project includes two types of staff mobility:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Job shadowing:<\/strong> 9 staff members will take part in job shadowing activities at leading European organisations active in digital education and innovative training methodologies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Courses and training:<\/strong> 9 staff members involved in administration, accounting and HR will attend structured training courses abroad, focusing on digital tools for business and organisational management, as well as transversal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
