ESG4FUTURE<\/strong> is a European project funded under the Erasmus+ Programme (KA220-VET), aimed at strengthening Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) competencies within Vocational Education and Training (VET).<\/p>\n

The project responds to the growing demand for sustainability-related skills and responsible business practices, particularly in light of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), which introduces new ESG reporting and compliance requirements for European companies.<\/p>\n

Project Objectives<\/b><\/p>\n

The project pursues four main objectives:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Equip<\/strong> VET students and trainers with ESG knowledge through up-to-date training materials aligned with EU and national CSRD frameworks;<\/li>\n
  • Train<\/strong> VET students in corporate governance, ethical leadership and responsible business, enabling practical application in future workplaces;<\/li>\n
  • Develop<\/strong> resources to integrate ESG into VET curricula, through student-led initiatives and collaboration with industry;<\/li>\n
  • Support<\/strong> ESG integration in VET institutions\u2019 management and governance, through policy recommendations, guidelines and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    ECOLE’s role<\/b><\/p>\n

    Within ESG4FUTURE, ECOLE plays a key role in developing the ESG training modules and digital learning tools. Building on our experience in sustainability, ESG and SME-focused training, ECOLE is responsible for:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • coordinating the design of the ESG curriculum for VET;<\/li>\n
    • leading the development and structuring of training content;<\/li>\n
    • integrating learning materials into the digital platform;<\/li>\n
    • ensuring alignment with labour market needs and SME sustainability requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
