ECOLE E-volution -strengthening ECOLE’s capacity to respond to the digital and organisational challenges affecting adult education and the labour market
ECOLE E-volution is an Erasmus+ mobility project designed to strengthen ECOLE’s capacity to respond to the digital and organisational challenges currently affecting adult education and the labour market.
Through international mobility experiences, ECOLE aims to enhance the digital, methodological and managerial skills of its staff, improving both the quality of training services offered and internal organisational processes.
Project Objectives
The project pursues three main objectives:
- to improve training design and educational methodologies through the use of digital tools and AI;
- to increase the efficiency of internal management processes, adopting innovative digital solutions;
- to strengthen ECOLE’s European dimension, expanding its international network and experience in Erasmus+ mobility projects.
Key Activities
The project includes two types of staff mobility:
- Job shadowing: 9 staff members will take part in job shadowing activities at leading European organisations active in digital education and innovative training methodologies.
- Courses and training: 9 staff members involved in administration, accounting and HR will attend structured training courses abroad, focusing on digital tools for business and organisational management, as well as transversal skills.
